Here at Grazefirst, we are focused on bringing you pasture raised meat that is locally produced in the Beautiful Minnesota River Valley, approximately two hours West of the Twin Cities area.  We are a family of five, Cody, Melanie and our three children Amelia, Coy and Jace. Cody and Melanie were both raised on beef cattle farms and our kids have grown to have a passion for the beef industry as well.  

Most of our livestock are born and raised on our pastures right here in the Valley. Our livestock have the ability to get out and graze year around. They do get some supplement throughout the winter but they are never locked up in small pens or in confinement.  They can always get out to roam the pastures throughout the year. All of the winter supplements are Non GMO and Natural Products.  

In the spring, summer and fall months we have been actively doing prescribed grazing and doing what we can to not only benefit the livestock but also to benefit the environment that we are in.  In agriculture there is a lot of talk about sustainability.  We want to be better than sustainable.  We hope to better the land that we are on as we practice Regenerative Agriculture.  We at Grazefirst want to leave the next generation with better land and resources than we currently have.  

At the beginning stages of GrazeFirst we are mainly focused on bringing you the best beef possible.  We want your eating experience to be as good as possible so after many years of developing this product we feel that we have the recipe to produce the best Hamburger in Minnesota, that is also produced in a manner that is environmentally friendly.  So currently we will be focused on the Hamburger products as all of the steaks and top cuts of meat will go into the burger.  As we develop we plan on adding some pork, chicken, and eggs to the menu this next summer.
